Laus'Angeles Sévelin · Food Halle 15
Our Afghan and Persian food stand is in Sévelin, inside Food Halle 15, the first food court in Lausanne: seven stands and a bar at Avenue de Sévelin 15, a 10-minute walk from the Flon.
The stand is open every day, Sunday included, for lunch and dinner. Eat in or take away. No table bookings: seating is in the food court. Our meat is certified halal.

Our traditional dishes come as a bowl over fragrant rice, flavoured with cardamom, cumin or saffron, in Medium or Large.
Chicken slow-cooked with saffron and tomato, cardamom rice, barberries, pistachio.
Beef meatballs in spicy tomato sauce, cumin rice, carrots and raisins caramelised with rose water.
Beef meatballs with walnuts and Iranian pomegranate juice, saffron rice, orange zest.
Yellow lentils, tomato, saffron and aubergine, cardamom rice, barberries.
Alongside the bowls: grilled skewers, mantu (Afghan steamed dumplings), crispy samboussa and boulani, the stuffed Afghan flatbread. Every dish and price is on the Laus'Angeles menu.
Our Bessières restaurant is closed on Sundays. The Sévelin stand is open seven days a week: Monday to Saturday 11:30 to 14:30 and 18:00 to 22:00, Sunday 12:00 to 16:00 and 18:00 to 22:00. A Persian bowl for Sunday lunch, eat in or take away: that's Sévelin.
To book a table, choose our city-centre restaurant: Rue de Langallerie 1, at the foot of the Bessières bridge, open Monday to Saturday, 11:30 to 22:00 non-stop.
